Our Alternative Provision
Personalised Support
Launch 2 Learning offers Alternative Provision for children who find accessing education within a school environment tricky.
We aim to provide a high-quality educational alternative that prepares students both academically, socially and emotionally for their lives.
We offer 1:1 sessions with fully qualified, subject specialist teachers.
Specialised Teaching
Subjects: Maths, English, SWEET and many other academic areas of the curriculum. We work with students aged 5-16+ up to GCSE and including the full spectrum of exam boards.
Our bespoke packages are designed in consultation with commissioners, taking into account the strengths and interests of the individual. We aim to work in parallel with the school curriculum, as directed by the latest government Alternative Provision guidelines. This ensures a robust curriculum and aims for re-integration into mainstream as and when appropriate.
wellbeing
We firmly believe that the emotional welfare of the child is central to their academic achievement.
In order to enable students to create a toolkit to manage their emotions and to take these skills out into challenges they meet in the wider world, we work closely with professionals such as a mindfulness coach and Thrive specialists.
At Launch 2 Learning the relationships built between our students and their teachers are key to the student’s success. Our teachers work hard to know and understand their students and to create a learning environment which works for them.
